Allied Van Lines

The only decent thing with the move were the employees who weren't Allied. Tracey our move coordinator from Morse moving(allied sourced them for our move) seemed to go above and beyond to screw up our move. She has absolutely zero communication skills for being our 'move coordniator'. She never tried to reach out regarding any of our move unless we reached out first and ended up going around her for communication. We had dates scheduled thay fit our move, then auto transport gets a window that doesn't fit our move, get that corrected. Now the our household can't be picked up because of a truck issue, does a company this large not have contingencies in place for a down truck? Tracey wanted us to move the pickup date to when we'd already been 1300 miles away. Argue about that for a day, then end up finding someone we could pay to be there for our pickup.

Absolutely nothing we agreed to with John from Allied was followed through on on the companies behalf. Not a single actual allied employee was part of any of the process. We were told everyone involved in the move would be in uniform and a real Allied employee...not true at all. Not one mover, auto transporter, driver, or anyone was an Allied employee.

I really can't say enough negative about Tracey from Morse and the entire move. Never again will we think of using Allied or recommend Allied. The pickup was 2 days late, the drop-off when 2 days past the drop off window, the auto transport wasn't scheduled correctly on her end etc.

You won't find my contact info in the move, except as a secondary signer on it. We have attempted to reach out already and even filed a claim form and so far no response to that even.

What an amazing experience! I was privileged enough to have had the father and son team Tony B and his son Tony B Jr move me on two different occasions. Not one item was damaged. That handled my items with care. Treated myself and my family with respect and were an absolute pleasure. I would definitely use Morse again. Thank you for everything!
