Highly unprofessional and extremely rude - would not recommend using them.

The guys did showed up on time and move was going fine until they tried to assemble the ping-pong table at the new place. Daniel kept tinkering with it for an hour with no progress - they should have taken a picture on how they unassembled it - it was 10 min job. Then he was on phone with his boss Kevin for more than 30 mins explaining him how it is very tricky to assemble it. They knew they were dealing with moving ping pong table (as it was part of the estimate) and were not prepared to handle it efficiently. When I spoke to the boss, Kevin, I was told to pay for the time he was on phone with his guy. Kevin kept screaming at me on phone and did not let me talk and threatened me that the truck will not move away from driveway if I do not pay for extra time. They also broke few things including scratching the ping pong table for which I will be filing the claim. Please save yourself from them. I am going to pass this review in my corporation too.

Refuse to pay full amount for being 32 days late. Picked up household in Allied Truck and finally delivered 32 days later, after promising 8 day delivery, and arrived like this on a cross country move. When asked about the problem, they stated that they have done all they will do, as stated on page 68 of the contract I never received. And of course I had to pay full amount for the move before they would deliver the boxes on the flatbed.

Allied was a terrible choice. They don’t care at all about customers. They where late on everything, left the house early without finishing, and then lied about what happened when we complained. The HQ and the local office would not return calls. Overall horrible experience from top to bottom.

Initially we had a great experience until moving day when our walls and door were damaged by the inexperienced movers that Allied outsourced. This was rectified fairly easily and payment was taken care of on a very timely basis. When our furniture arrived in Ft. Lauderdale we had to file a claim for 5 items one of which was our grand piano. It arrived with broken keys, scratched, and wood missing from the side panel. When the outsourced movers set up the piano, they put the legs on incorrectly, threw the pedal supports in the case and left the keys in terrible condition. We asked for a minimum of $1,900 to get the piano put back together which is nothing considering that it is a $25,000 investment. To date, we received a letter telling us that they will only give us $1,100 for the repair and ignored my request for a $300 piano technician fee to assess the damage. DO NOT use this company if you are considering moving any fine musical instrument. It has now been 3 months since our move, the piano is sitting crooked in the corner of the room and cannot be played because of the missing keys. We have received the claim for telling us what they will fix, but no payment has ever been received. I'm so disappointed that I don't know where to turn other than legally.
