Poor customer service

I wish I could post NEGATIVE stars as a rating. This was the absolute WORST experience. Received an estimate of $2100. When they 'weighed' my 1 BR apartment furniture they are trying to charge me $3100. They said it was an additional $800 for 6 boxes.. Really?

The jerk-wad driver called my Sunday evening at 7pm and told me he can only deliver at 12 noon on Tuesday. I SPECIFICALLY told the estimator that I need weekend delivery because I work during the week just like them.

After reading additional reviews, I wish I would have done my due diligence and not used these crooks.

After raising my blood pressure talking to the fools in the office on at least 20 different occasions, I decided on principle, I'm not going to pay a penny more than the estimate or they can keep it. They are trying to extort me and take advantage by holding my belonging hostage.

I'm a man of my word....

I'm the customer here, not you... you DO NOT dictate to me terms when I'm paying you. I hope your company burns in corporate hell!

Tough to do business with. They can't give a guess estimate over the phone based on number of rooms or sq ft, they must have an in home estimate, and those currently are over a week before they can send someone to the house. Tons of other companies can give me an estimate much sooner.
