Allied Van Lines

Called Allied and Scott came out within a day and explained what they could do provided an estimate and estimated a schedule. They hit every Mark on time ( early) on budget and more importantly every thing arrived safe and sound . The entire team Scott, Beth the coordinator and Joe who was the driver. Excellent service.

Our move went relatively smoothly. We had a ver competent driver. It took one week to get furniture delivered. Traffic was
The problem for the one day delay.
We were
Disappointed in the packing. Too much paper used. Husband’s good suits just thrown into a box with a couple sheets of paper. All lamps were taken apart. All the harps thrown together. It is going to take us some time to find lamp shades go with each lamp.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. My wife and I chose to use Allied because we thought a large moving company would give us expertise and protection. The movers got in an accident during the move and damaged multiple items, including our TV. Allied refused to replace any items and utilized broad exceptions to get out of taking any responsibility. Horrible experience, will never use them again, and will advise anyone I meet to never use them.

I liked how well they coordinated the entire move from beginning to end. Jose was an awesome driver/worker. He and his helpers did an excellent job of carefully handling our belongings. A little pricey coming in at just under 15k for the move from Missouri to Virginia.

The team did an excellent job for us. The team members are very personable and helpful and worked very hard to do whatever it took to take care of our move.
