The people who dealt with us were polite and helpful. But several things were disappointing with the process of our move. At the last minute we were informed our shipment would have to be unloaded into a warehouse as the driver was held up on the east coast. As a result, there were more things broken than we have seen in prior moves. And the hardware to put our bed back together was lost. We are still waiting to get that situation resolved. My advice is if you plan to use this company, plan for the pickup of your household goods AT LEAST a week before your “drop dead” date for when you must be out of your current place. This will give you time for any last minute adjustments in case their driver has issues getting to you on the planned date, and will avoid putting your stuff into a warehouse. The more times they load and unload your stuff the higher the risk for things being broken or lost.

It was our first time moving across country and we were very nervous about hiring a moving company. Everyone went above and beyond to make it as seamless as possible. Always available to answer questions and to reassure us during our move. I would highly recommend this company.

Move occurred entirely according to expectations. Our driver Mike was courteous and prompt. The helpers on both ends did a great job loading and unloading all of our belongings. We would use Allied again for an interstate move.

Excellent people and job

The packing/load/unload team of Jeremy and Corey were professional and personable. I appreciated their speed and careful handling of our goods. I would suggest this group to friends who are moving.
