We recently moved from KS to MO. We are a military family and moving frequently is part of the lifestyle. Unfortunately until our most recent move we have not had a positive moving experience. Shea, his wife, and son have changed that for our family. They were on time, professional, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our move was a positive one. Our belongings were handled with exceptional care. Boxes were labeled with detail which made unpacking at our new house easy. The crew Shea brought with him to both locations were outstanding and hard working individuals.

We can’t thank Shea and his team enough for our first SMOOTH move in years. Absolutely outstanding service and future movers have extremely high standards to meet.

Shea and Caden went above and beyond to make this 9th and final military move the best move I have ever experienced. The move was from Warrensburg MO to Midland TX. They were highly punctual, professional, empathetic, and got the job done beyond anything expected.

If you are in need of moving, you have to give them a call.

Think twice before hiring Allied. I moved across the country to another state. Upon arrival in the new state Allied delivered my belongings to a private storage unit until I found a house. Once delivered to the storage unit I did not unwrap, unpack, or move any of my belongings. Upon finding a house a local Allied team then moved my belongings from the storage unit to the new house. However, when unwrapped at the new house we discovered that my antique oak china cabinet had been severely damaged as the glass was broken out of one side. In addition when taken from the box a big screen television had been cracked. The Allied local movers informed me that the movers in the other state had obviously not packed the items properly.
I subsequently filed a damage claim for these items. However, that process has been extremely frustrating.
First of all the woman assigned to my claim refused to keep me informed during the process and refused to answer my calls. Finally after 2 months and numerous attempts to reach her she sent me an email stating that my claim had been denied. The reason given was that my belongings had been delivered to a storage unit and Allied was not responsible.
This denial is the company’s refusal to take responsibility for their failure to pack my furniture properly. They packed the items, transported them and then delivered to the storage facility. The furniture was never unpacked until they were delivered to the new house at which time they were unpacked by the movers.
I am very disappointed that this company caused damage to my antique china cabinet and now will not do the right thing and pay for either replacement or to have it repaired.
O did not even want to give this company 1 star but had to for posting this review. Please do not use this company for your move!
