Allied did a great job with my multi-state move. From the moving rep Liz, to the packers and the movers on both ends. I would definitely recommend their services if you're in need of dependable and reliable moving company.

Liz, Shea, and Caden make a great team. I have moved 14 times in the last 35 years. This move was the easiest by far.

Never again will I use Allied Coleman. Our move was a terrible experience. Julie Hatfield is the worst moving coordinator and should frankly be fired. She absolutely refused to call us back and we had several different phone numbers for her, and none of them worked. I left voicemails and emails all over the Allied company and not a single person would call us back. Julie only replied to our email when it dealt with transferring money. Our driver did not follow the one instruction I had, to load the dog crates LAST so that at our new home they would be FIRST to come off. That didn’t happen and our dogs spent the day in the car. At one point the key fob battery died and the A/C shut off. Luckily we caught it early and they were okay, but they could have DIED because the movers couldn’t follow the only request we had. It also meant my husband and I had to take turns sitting in the car with them and not coordinating unloading efforts. The crates were the second to last thing to come off the truck and when I asked the driver WHY did this happen, he just stared at me blankly. The driver also forgot an apparently critical form and I had to drive in an hour and twenty minute round trip to the nearest Allied office to get it. He and his partner had conflicts with the local movers at both ends of the move and it slowed things down immensely. It took ten hours for four men to unload 10,000 lbs. They also broke a $3,000 bed. I am still so angry and no one has reached out to apologize. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Go with somebody else, even if it’s more expensive, trust me.

My salesman Bob B. was great but my move coordinator Julie H. was awful. She literally would not return my voicemails for a week while my belongings were in transit. She also seemed out of touch; she finally emailed to tell me that my belongings would be delivered the next day, not knowing they had already been delivered. Terrible communication. I would not recommend.
