Where do I begin. Following the initial call it was downhill from there. Look at fine print bc sales pitch has lots of room for gray. I was misled about delivery time through generalizations only to end up waiting for my stuff for 6 weeks. With no communication from them. I had to make several calls and once I mentioned lawyer my belongings suddenly had a delivery date. I wouldn’t use their service and discourage any who are curious.

Allied Van Lines took excellent care of me at every juncture, from the initial estimate for the move by Keith Alexander, to the packing of my things, to the loading of them and, lastly, to their delivery across 1,171 miles to their final destination. I especially commend Shelby Garrett, the Move Coordinator, for helping me every step of the way. She was in frequent communication with me, providing me proactively with important information, answering my questions, and checking on details. Ms. Garrett undoubtedly represents the gold standard for Move Coordinators. She is knowledgeable, efficient, tactful, professional, perceptive, and caring. I also want to mention the driver for the final leg of the trip. Douglas and his crew carefully unloaded my belongs and placed them exactly where I wanted. They were cheerful, respectful, hard-working, and very good at their tasks. They also let me know when they would arrive. Thank you Allied!

We had the best experience with Allied! From Keith who did our estimate and helped us work with our budget to Shelby our moving coordinator, our awesome packing team and Derrick and our loading and moving team, everyone worked so hard and was so professional! We have had the best experience so far!
