Review:
Worst Company ever. We recently moved from Omaha to Phoenix. We had full packing and moving with them. As they are brokers not Carriers. The carrier came and refused to pack our crockery . Also, they asked us to give additional $4000, as carrier mentioned 'They gave you wrong estimate'.
We gave them the full inventory list with measurements at the time of booking. And the guy who booked said 'This is best inventory list, He has ever seen'. After we gave the money he stopped responding to our email and call. We tried discussing this issue with their customer support, they were super unhelpful to us.
In short, Never book from them
