Great job. Everything turned out as planned

Update: 1 month post move, no claims case manager has been assigned. Multiple lost items, damaged items, and personal home damage on a DIRECT MOVE with no storage. This company could not care less. Every facet of their process is a third party company who has no personal care management.

Allied has proven to be the most ineffective and careless among all of the major movers. I’ve used American van lines, United, Graebel in the past.

The company mismanaged my move from Texas to Florida at every turn.

These reviews are hard because they are situation dependent on the people you get (salesman, move agent, drivers, and laborers). However, Allied underperformed at every aspect of my direct relocation with no storage. They brought a truck that was not capable of housing all of our belongings in one shipment, they damaged furniture, they lost items, they damaged items, they damaged the inside and outside of both origin and destination. The mover labor crew is paid by the job and not by the hour which causes issues of work quality. The crew makes a job that should last a full day last 3-4 and creates havoc for the homeowners trying to slow down and account for everything.

The crew we had did not like digital technology, so old paper tags and carbon copy paper was used. The drivers handwriting is illegible and the claims process is a nightmare.

I couldn’t recommend this company less. But that’s because of this crew. I’m sure many other patrons had a different experience. But ours…..just horrendous.

They did a great job loading everything up and unloading. Everything was very timely with great communication.
