Excellent service - Christine and Brittany coordinated to very well. We got the pre-packing crew that boxes up breakable stuff and did an awesome job. Then we had Alex, Carlos and Luis from Soul Crew ELP that loaded the truck - can't recommend them enough. The truck driver and guys that unloaded at the destination were also great. The whole process was great from beginning to end. Thank you!

Would never use this location/Coleman again. Cannot recommend. The driver and loading/unloading teams were great. Outstanding. The office personnel is abysmal. The person who did my quote was completely disinterested in assisting me and was rarely available to answer additional questions/concerns after I signed. She didn't even follow through and get the bill of lading to the driver. The person who was my move coordinator was equally disinterested in assisting me in any way and actually threatened me when, within a one hour window of notice, I could not get to the location to meet the driver to prevent the lock up of my things in their storage - held for ransom. Their quote for a single month's storage was also astronomical - actually unreal. I was sure they didn't want me to use it. The service was so bad I actually called my previous Allied Florida coordinators to ask if the treatment was normal. If this is ageism (70+) in any way - shame on them. I never play the age card; I packed and all moved all of my items into boxes and onto the ground floor. Unfortunately this does smack of discrimination and the people in the offices should definitely not hold jobs in customer service.

Delivered: july 26 florida
just because we finally spoke with a supervisor and said i will pick up my stuff tomorrow.
When we called Dani Dominguez she was so nice and said usually 5 to 7 days to delivery.
Then after 3 weeks waiting and trying to contact her she just said your item are still en el paso and she was rude.
And one box was missing :(
Lota of broken things.
Never ever using them again

If I could give 0 stars I would. They suck on all fronts, packing was terrible, timelines weren't met, stuff was broken. Highly recommend not using Allied from El Paso
