The estimate for the move from Sacramento California to Tulsa Oklahoma. What 13,333. They were very good about waiting until we got the check cleared from the house but. The final bill was 16,400 and some dollars the Packers were great, nothing that the Packers packed broke they were really great. But when the furniture came, they broke the corner of my coffee table. Destroyed a pedestal a very expensive one. When I called, they were very nice and referred me to their insurance. I called the insurance they sent out paperwork which was on my phone. I had no way to print it out as I live in the boonies. So it’s my fault that I couldn’t print it out so I forgot about it when the furniture came there was only two men to bring it in the house. They were great but they broke things. It was not their intention, but two men to move. All that stuff was not enough, it was a very difficult move as I had to bring everything up a hill they worked very hard I don’t think it’s all their fault about the price. The man who did the evaluation I had way more things than he thought but $3000 more was a bit high. As far as the whole experience, it was good I hope to have never move again. I guess it wasn’t a bad price for all that packing and I had to use extra boxes extra paper.

Moving is stressful at best, but the crew from RANCHO Cordova did everything they could to make the move go smoothly. They were courteous, respectful of me and my belongings, they were very efficient, wrapped everything with great care and asked questions if needed. I could not be more happy with them. Thank you! BEWARE fast forward one year. My belongings when straight into storage for a year. After unpacking, many of my things were missing including a queen size box spring for my bed. Glass pieces to my furniture, the most important was the “parts” box which held all the hardware of the pieces they dissembled. Surprise no where to be found. My bar stools, my patio furniture, my bed, my tables, my sofa has support pieces missing. I hired someone to come put these things back together and had to buy 2 box springs because of the missing pieces to my bed. Tools i packed missing. Very stressful. I will be filing a claim. BEWARE.

The moving teams paid attention to detail to ensure there was no damage to our delicate pieces and worked very hard and fast. Also, our sale rep, Jim O’Conner was very responsive and informative in his communications, answering questions and returning calls. We highly recommend them!
