Allied Van Lines

I am extremely impressed with Berger-Allied on my recent move. From start to finish they did an excellent job. Thanks to Barry L. for the walk-through planning and follow up. Marleny P., the move coordinator did a wonderful job, and the driver/moving crew were the nicest guys to work with (special thanks to Curtis and Jesse who did the load and unload).

Moving is stressful and we felt in good hands from the estimate down to the delivery! Our moving team was incredibly careful, polite and respectful .

I see that the communication category here has a 10 across the board. Interesting, as that’s the one area we would have a gripe with. Our scheduler introduced herself then never followed up again and we had to ask her questions. We hadnt moved in decades and could have used a little more info about dos and don’ts of packing.

I have nothing but great things to say about Allied. Every step of the way they were ready and available to answer any questions I had. I will most definitely be using them again if I move from state to state again. They made my whole moving process so much smoother than I expected. Thanks, yall!
