Alligator Self Storage - Belleville

I would give this place ten stars if I could. George is by far the nicest and most helpful person I've come across in a very long time. He takes customer service to another level. I will absolutely use him for any and all uhaul/storage related needs for as long as this place is on the map.

Was 5 stars when this was owned by All American Storage. Unfortunately they changed ownership and are now called Alligator Storage. Had issues getting into the gate to get access to my storage unit. Called and asked for assistance and was told someone should call me soon. Wasted gas travelling to and from unit for nothing. Never did get a call back during the gate issue. Ever since the new company came in the price raised 3 times. I have since moved to another storage unit which is cleaner and cheaper. Also, please beware this storage unit is in a flood zone and has flooded before. Nothing of importance was damaged. They make it very difficult to try to get a hold of someone to cancel the storage unit. Had to hit the option for new customers to even speak to someone. So, in summary if you do not have anything not importance and just need something quick and don't mind a bit of dust and dirt Ending up on your items this is your place.

Gate didn't work and had to be reset.
