Be aware of this company. I’ve used them 3 times, and the last move was a disaster! They were an hour late, and it took them 3 hours to load the truck despite everything being packed & ready to go. One mover barely worked, wasting time while my daughter and I had to help.

Once at the storage unit, they unloaded in just 30 minutes, which raised my suspicion about their efficiency. I noticed some of my shoes were hidden behind other items that I could not get to (because of how they packed it), which seemed odd. However I still paid and just ignored my intuition.

After a few days I went to check my storage and found my lock tampered with and many expensive shoes & a PS5 missing. Come to find out one of the movers by the name of Jylin who was hired by Brandon used my access code without my knowledge on a day I wasn’t there. He picked my lock and is on surveillance camera with another individual going in and out of my unit with duffle bags containing my things. Missing shoes included Christian Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Yeezys to name a few. Jylin did have the courtesy to leave a few empty boxes.

After finding multiple Facebook marketplace post of my belonging on Jaylin’s page, criminal charges were pressed against Jylin. Come to find out he has a criminal record for theft! Brandon was no help at all by the way. He told the officers he could not give them an address. How do you hire someone to work for you and you don’t have an address? Brandon didn’t offer any type of compassion or compensation considering I basically paid them to steal over $15,000 worth of shoes from me. All he offered was an apology via text and that was only AFTER he found out that they were caught on camera.

So be aware, this company hires thieves. If you have valuables either watch them like a hawk and pray they don’t double back to collect or simply choose another mover for peace of mind.
