My review was removed so not use this company they will steal your stuff !!!!!!! Several reviews of theft have been removed after they collect the money they switch up on you…BEWARE

My experience was terrible. After waiting 6 months for my claims, finally to be dismissed and receive nothing in compensation, I can warn everybody about my experience:
1. They lost one of my boxes and when I filed a claim, they said that I had already signed the paper. The mover forced me to signing the paper to unload my stuff, and I clearly put in writing in the doc I signed 'I am signing this before even seeing what is being delivered to me'. All the content in that box = lost, compensation = zero. The claim company told me nothing will be returned because I signed the paper, the mover forced me to sign before getting my stuff out and then gave me another paper to file a claim. This process is literally deceiving the customer.
2. Moving estimate was unreal. It is not that I had more things, I was quotes one thing for several items (Peloton bike, grill, etc.) and then charged another thing. This is just negligent in my opinion
3. The day before they unilaterally decided they needed a shuttle because my street was too narrow (and charged me an extra $755). I literally live right next to a vacant area and sent multiple pictures that there was plenty of space. This also felt like something they 'wanted to do', not something they 'needed to do'.
All in all, I ended up paying 52% more than was quoted initially. They told me to file claims, I did so for nearly 6 months, at the end nothing was returned, not even the box they lost. Please beware.

If I could rate them a zero I would. So I used All State Moving to move from CA to CT back in April this year and in addition to taking them close to a month to relocate my items, there were 4 large items missing from my delivery and rather than try to locate those items by referencing back to the original carriers who loaded my items and tagged them- they use a 3rd party claims to allow them 120 days to retrieve the items which as of right now has put out nothing or no results. And when I try following up via email and phone 10 or more times with the moving company about my claim particularly about adding 2 items on my claim- ZERO/ NO RESPONSE! This is the worst, unprofessional and most disappointing moving service I have ever experienced. I'm more saddened that one of the boxes they lost has photos and memories that truly cannot be replaced :.(. Do Not Use them!!!!! You will seriously regret it.

I was still worried about them when the van was on the road. But fortunately, when the van pulled up, I found every piece completely unharmed. They performed such a good job at an amazing price. It's not easy finding a professional moving company. I'm glad I found this one though.
