They reassembled my dining table perfectly after moving it. Felt like they genuinely cared about every detail.

Please, if you take any review into consideration, this should be it. Do NOT use this moving company. They picked up our belongings in Alaska on September 18th. They agreed on a delivery date to October 13th in Oklahoma per contract, and they stated they have 7 and 21 business days. However, fine print says up to 30 days max from the first available delivery date. We got our belongings on December 29th. Not only do they owe us $35 a day per they were late they also lost or stole our smoker and compound miter saw, as expected many things were broken (i can say this is common with moving) but the damage was substantial with our couch, and other wooden furniture. So, very poor handling. On top of this, they lied constantly on the location of our belongings and falsely told our broker moving company a different story. This went on for months. Now we wait on a claim for damage and theft. So please beware of this company.

I also want to add by responding to your comment that this company multiple times lied on the location of our items as I assume they sat in Alaska for weeks as per our driver and Safeship the broker, our things were in Washington not Flordia where Jennifer said they were after Thanksgiving and said they had two stops before ours which will in Louisiana and Mississippi which would be impossible as our belongings were picked up from Washington and driven straight to us with no added stops. Therefore I would never trust this company and again be very mindful before using them. Regardless of their comments. I will also update if there is any retaliation on our claim as well. Because honest reviews should be able to be expressed.

To make things right, they offered to write a check for the things that were lost and the check was received.
