Aloha Self Storage Lahaina

We couldn't find a rental vehicle that could easily carry my mobility scooter for a reasonable price, so we rented a UHaul van from Aloha. The staff we dealt with was friendly and professional. The van we rented was nice and in good condition. We would deal with them again.

I was assigned to locate storage units. Was quoted a special over the phone. My boss went over to rent the Unit & not only did they refuse to honor the special, they also jacked up the rental rate! They said that the person who answered the phone is in another location & refused to honor the special that would have been the deciding factor between Aloha Self Storage and their competitor. I had to ask if there were any specials and advised here that I was trying to meet or beat their competitor.
We, generally, need quite a bit of storage so it's THEIR LOSS!

To update: the front office is incredibly rude, unhelpful, dont return calls ans literally chased me when I said I did not have time to discuss the rent increase they gave after less then 6 months of tenancy.

I called to get my online access restored as there is some kind of issue on their end. Nice conversarion, said they would look into it and let me know. A month goes by and no response, come in to pay and greeted by the rudest gentlemen yet. Said I was rude and took no ownership of the issues I have had. At the end said he would look into the problem for me.
He literally told me to write a review and his boss told them he could be rude to me.
Wow. Great place.
