Beth was wonderful in assisting with multiple date changes at short notice. Eddie and his team were nothing short of amazing! The team were very punctual, handled all items with care and were great in assisting with a scheduled stop. Moving is quite a stressful process and Alpha were exceptional. I was very happy with the service starting from the estimate all the way until the last box was delivered. From the women at the office to Jorge and his team (Alex and another man) everyone was excellent! Very careful with my stuff, professional, and hard working. This was my 3rd move with Alpha and I am sure to use them again in the future. I rarely write reviews, but after this last experience I had to take the time to do it. Edi and his team were really great, quick, flexible and careful handling our furnitures and items on the day of the move. They even arrived early and got right to work. We really appreciated their professionalism. The quoting and scheduling process was also timely and thorough from the initial phone call to the estimate visit to providing a written quote. The pricing was clear with no surprises. The pricing was not the lowest among several companies we requested estimate but we decided to go with Alpha because of the prompt and sincere communications we had. It was really tight schedule for us at the end of the year, from closing on the new house and moving right before the holidays. Thanks to Alpha the process was very smooth and successful.
