Pros:
These guys were very patient with me when I had problems sending money with my Zelle account. Once they got started they were very responsive and diligently working to get all of my belongings in the house in a timely manner. They were both kind and polite to me and my family. They went above and beyond to get my heavy and large furniture up a very tight corner of my staircase. The best thing about my experience is that they had great communication. They texted me the day before to confirm the time they would arrive and showed up on time. Everything was very smooth. Nothing was broken in my boxes.

Cons:
I have very little to complain about but I always like to give honest feedback with both positive and constructive comments.

That being said, they did made a few dents and scratches in my walls and bent my screen door. Also one of them was smoking near my front door with it wide open and the smoke was blowing into my house. They both had very strong accents and there seemed to be a communication problem at times but we figured it out together. Again these are very minor issues that I had. Everything else was fine.
