The movers that were sent to move me were HUGELY U PROFESSIONAL and made my move that much more stressful. Would NOT recommend this company.

Today, I had the most wonderful move. It is the first time I used this company and I would use them again without hesitation. The two movers, Joseph and Julio were better than excellent--they both were outstanding. Both were fast and efficient movers, pleasant and courteous. I thought they were going above and beyond by asking where to put the boxes and taking specific requests but they told me it was all included with the service. There was a fuel surcharge for gas but, honestly, I understand the company's position as I have to gas up my vehicle. The service was definitely worth the cost I paid. To tell you the truth for such a premium service with two such nice fellows as movers I feel as though I received a deal. Especially, since I had to move last minute. These two fellows Julio and Joseph did an outstanding job and I was treated as if I was a long time valued customer. They really took the stress out of a last minute move. They both even said to enjoy our new place and it was sincere. Great service and customer service both of which is hard to find these days. I felt compelled to write what a great company this is to use as movers. I highly recommend these movers.

I called to obtain a quote for my move and was told that based on the information I gave (size of my home, that we would be going to a second-floor storage unit, etc) it should take approximately 6-7 hours at $125/hour, plus a $125 flat rate and 8%. This is $945. I was also told they could 'shave off about 2-3 hours by adding a third guy at $155/hour' so I chose this option. After my move I was stunned to see an invoice for $1560 - almost 70% more than the estimate! I bought my own wrap and wrapped my own furniture to save time. They went through and put a few more layers of wrap on each thing and then charged me for a roll of plastic. I called after my move to ask how it was possible that the charge could be so much more than the quote and was told that they have no way of knowing how much furniture I have, no idea how long it will take, and that a second-floor storage takes longer (which I spefically brough up in the initial phone call) and that when the weather is hot, it takes longer. As a solution to my frustration, he offered me 10% off my next move with them and sent me a check for $75 to cover the plastic I was charged for. Perhaps the person answering the phone is in the wrong business if his estimates are so wildly inaccurate.

Was quoted $300 over the phone. Had wife at home to meet movers while I was at work. Ended up being billed $430. Moved half of the apartment before movers had come to ensure cost was kept down. Literally just moved 2 dressers, a couch, bed and t.v. Locations were 4 miles apart for a 2 bedroom apartment pricing didn't make sense. Wife had to still move items herself while movers were there. Disappointing. Mover also called my wife nasty for questioning price.

I've moved twice with APinM and am already planning to book them for our next move. I've moved several times and the two best, least stressful moves where facilitated by APinM. Their pricing and expectations for the day of are very clear and the service has always been as expected. I recommend them any time anyone even mentions they are moving.
