DO NOT use this company they say they take care of your things but they don’t!!!!! I have scratches all over my BRAND NEW furniture ??? An executive desk completely broken because they decided to store it on its side!

Ray quoted us a price 3 months before our move. We showed Ray both our personal belongings and our business items that needed to be moved, including two pallets of unopened herbs and two refrigerators. Once we found a place to move we asked him to come and give us an updated quote. He said there was no need to because quotes are good for 6 months. Once his crew arrived the packing began, but they didn't pack all of our items, including hanging clothes; we were asked to do that ourselves. They only spent 4 hours packing us. Furniture was not wrapped in moving blankets, instead it was shrink-wrapped. Lateral files were moved upside down and all of our files ended up all mixed up; we had to refile the contents of all three lateral files. On move day not everything was placed where it should have been placed in the new home. We were told that they would be back the next day, at an additional $95.00 per hour for 3 people and 4 hours to unpack us. In addition we were charged an added amount of $250.00 for the initial move, we which gladly paid without argument. The next day? No one arrived to unpack us. We called and spoke to Ray and he told us 'We had taken advantage of their good nature and now we would have to pay $115 per hour for unpack.' We were left to move heavy pallets. This was not acceptable as my husband is a heart patient and I am legally disabled. Ray was rude and misrepresented his company's service. Also, we had to mark with our initials numerous, numerous lines stating we received everything in good order. This was before they were supposed to arrive the next day to unpack. Obviously they had no intention on returning. One of our expensive vases was broken when we unpacked ourselves. We had already paid all of our service fees, deposits, moving costs and the extra $250.00 we paid during the move had not included in our budget! Finally, one of their trucks would not start and my husband had to pull out his mobile battery charger to get their truck going again. We were told that if we left a negative review he would sue us. Reviews are supposed to be left, positive or negative so that others can make educated decisions about the companies they do business with.

These guys did a great job. Thank you for helping my wife get this move done with out stressing her out. I was out of town for work, but she wasn't the slightest bit stressed out when I got home. all furniture was put back together and she had the house unpacked in 2 days. man you guys out did yourselves thanks again for all the hard work!!!

Always Professionals in Moving is a great company. Theirs workers are very respectable and reliable . The rates were also great for the amount of work put in by the crew as well as the owners. My things were nicely packed up and loaded into the trucks, the crew worked hard in the heat but always very helpful and willing to answer questions or take care of what was asked of them. In all this was the best experience i have ever had in moving . Bernadette was very understanding when i had to reschedule my move and very helpful in the situation as well. i would highly recommend this company to anyone that doesn't want the moving headache and wants a very great company to make their move happen!
