Came in to ask about pricing and services. A man came out while I was parking to tell me not to park where I was, as he pointed at a 'no trespassing' sign. I was neither parking in a spot with any designation nor trespassing on the commercial property that has multiple open companies. I guess they didn't want my business.

I called and set up appt. and the movers showed up right on time. The gave me an estimate over the phone and they actually went over by 2 hours but that I didn't have a problem with it. They moved my refrigerator and I did have some scratches on the sides but no dents. Later that day after the move I noticed a half dollar size dent right in the front that was definitely not there before because it was in my kitchen and was used every day so there is no way I wouldn't have noticed it if it was there. I called and spoke to someone in charge (never gave me his title) and he said 'for me to look for a store that sales dry ice and rub it on it a couple times for 20 mins and call him back in a week if it doesn't work' and I said that's your customer service when you damage something and he stated 'yes it is'. I was very disappointed because they were highly recommended but too bad they didn't back up that recommendation.

These guys are amazing and will make your move very easy and painless. I had a Wed load & Thurs unload. Dan my crew leader was very professional and all of the guys went above and beyond to help me maximize the load. Things I had trouble with they got sorted out no problem! The unload took less than an hour and the guys were literally sprinting it was incredible. Thanks so much to everyone for such a great experience I'll be letting all of my friends know who to call when they move!

We have used Always Professional In Moving on 4 separate moves. Each time it worked out great. I would highly recommend using this company for all of your packing and moving needs.
