Amazing Movers

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Amazing Movers (Mark The Owner) or should I say, Around Town Movers LLC, on 3/13/24. Communication has been a nightmare, with missed appointments, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. The owner, Cody Wilson, has been rude and dismissive, offering no efforts to resolve the issues. They arrived late, ill-prepared, with shoddy equipment, and multiple breakdowns. This has caused me immense stress, missed work, and extra expenses. Avoid this company at all costs; they are not worth the hassle or the $105 deposit they took. As of today, despite numerous attempts to communicate and resolve the situation, I am still without my furniture. The lack of follow-through and accountability from Amazing Movers, or Around Town Movers LLC, has been beyond frustrating. This prolonged ordeal has left me without essential belongings, disrupting my daily life and causing further inconvenience. The utter disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, and I strongly advise against engaging with this company for any moving needs.

Hire this company if you do not mind the use of marijuana on the job, booking 2 trucks and 1 showing up, giving clear instruction and it not being followed, poor packing labeling, paying the moving rate for them to pack the stuff they ignored on day one, and management being non existent once the move has started.

Two young gentlemen helped me move a one apartment. They were polite, proffered and extremely professional. And, more importantly they were on time, and efficient. Highly recommend them to others.

I hired this company on Friday 10/29/21 for and hired for a move on Sunday morning 10/31 and was given a window of 10-11am to move my 10x10 storage unit “ A small job that would’ve taken maybe 2 hrs”. Owner Mark texted me 30 minutes before my time and told me he had to reschedule for 12-1pm. What happened next is Mark never showed never called and did not respond to any of my messages until 1:30 PM when he told me he thought the guys were on their way from another job. I told him they were not and I have not heard from them and then just got radio silence. I was literally left standing at my storage unit with nobody to move it and had other plans in place for these items to be moved on that day which wasn’t done because Mark basically ghosted me on the jobs I contracted him for and still have never heard anything back from him. Not one word. So now it’s the first of the month and I have to pay another $140 for storage because this guy lied and set up a job and then never showed or even called to tell me what was going on Stay far away from this moving company because if you hire him he might just not show up and leave you high and dry.
