Amazing Movers 360

Tyler and Sage were very nice and extremely efficient. They are true professionals, both excelled at packing and loading. They arrived at 9:30 am and they were packed and loaded by 11:30 am, and Tyler was on his way to Chico CA by September 5th at 11:35 am. On the unloading in Chico CA, Tyler brought his truck with my belongings in it by 9 am, as promised on Sept 7th. He was joined by two gentlemen from Jesse Chambers' moving and hauling company, Alex and DJ. By 10:30 am everything was unloaded with each box in the correct room. The final price was as quoted, plus a service fee because I paid by credit card. The move was very smooth and well worth what I paid. The entire team of movers were truly amazing.

DO NOT hire this company. We had a complicated load and the person who bid assured us their team could handle it. When they showed up, we attempted to give direction on how the items could be loaded based on weight and space. The response was yelling, throwing of our boxes and being told, we know how to do loading! So, we let them load as they wished. At the end, they had not loaded to the ceiling and we were forced to leave items for another trip because everything did not fit, although they assured us several times that it would . Seven out of our team pieces of furniture was damaged. The owner refused to make good and return our money. Do not hire this company.

Amazing Movers 360 was great to work with from start to finish. Easy to schedule, thorough and accurate estimate, and the movers were excellent. All 3 of the movers were pleasant, hard-working, and took good care of all of our things. We'd recommend Amazing Movers 360 in a heartbeat.
