I was in transport and know how unpredictable schedules can become. Because my delivery is with the holiday window, that makes it even worse. Brooke at customer service is the best. She is patient and goes out of her way to help achieve the goal of desired delivery time. Reese’s the driver is amazing. He makes you feel comfortable that your belongings are safe and will arrive as promised.
There are lot of bad companies out there, not this one, they really care about you.

0 stars for them. I hired them to move me from NYC to Virginia, most horrible experience. First estimate was $1842 with a deposit of $823.56. By the time they called me to confirm the move the second estimate was $5400. We settled on $2700 and if I declined I was losing my deposit. Greg Brodie the movers came by and forced me to pay $500 more dollars to move my property. Then he tried to force me to sign a blank contract. He demanded a 20% gratuity before he moved anything. I had to leave my bedroom sets and fish tank that was on the contract because the movers packed what he wanted to pack and left. I filled up my car with whatever I could and cried all the way to Virginia. When the movers arrived he forced me to pay an additional $100 and tried to charge me to put my furniture back together. He couldn't find the legs to my brand new sectional. Then saying when he took it apart the legs were missing. I searched the moving truck and found all 4 of the legs. He was more concerned about the tip than focusing on the quality of service. I was able to get my initial deposit back because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was also told I could pay cash, credit card or money order upon delivery. The mover stated he will only accept cash. Please make your deposit with a credit card. I have moved 6 times in 10 years and have never experienced such unprofessional movers before in my life. Owner did call and apologize and actually returned the deposit. Joseph the agent wouldn't even answer the phone when I called to complain about the service.
