and before you say you have no record of moving for me I attached a copy of my confirmation letter because my email name for my Gmail account is different from my legal name. Anyways DO NOT USE this company I barely had any items to move and the distance from where I was moving to was less than 8 miles away and these people charged me an additional 240.00. Never again I don’t like deceitful companies.When you call for a quote everyone is nice but the moment you have an issue or call to confirm details after you already paid your deposit everyone has an attitude. They charge by hour so when one guy is breaking down all the furniture by himself inside of your house the other guy is outside in the truck not doing anything which makes what should’ve been a 3 hour job from start to finish take 6 hours meaning you have to pay more money. I watched a whole 45 mins of them not doing anything just so they could make me pay more. Never again you can find better honest companies elsewhere. Also as they were moving one of my night stands they broke a piece of the knob on the drawer and instead of apologizing or even saying anything to me about it the guy looked to see if I was watching. Very SNEAKY and had the nerve to ask for a tip twice. No tip because now I have to spend money to repair the damage to my furniture. All my furniture was purchased at el dorado so they aren’t cheap. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION. The lady who was rude to me on the phone when I called will get her karma because karma does not miss

I couldn’t recommend a better moving company. All of my items came right on time, customer service is kind and considerate! I just had a great experience and I would refer my family and friends to them.

I hired them to move furniture from Sanford, FL to Pembroke Pines and everything went very well! From the moment I messaged them to inquire about their services and get a quote, I could tell they were top notch. I had several questions and each time Bradley (the owner) responded within minutes. I had contacted six places for quotes, only three responded, and American Express Moving provided the lowest quote. The team worked efficiently, carefully, and quickly. Things could not have gone better. My mom (where the furniture was being picked up from in Sanford) has much experience with movers, and she gave them an impressive 10+! Also, Bradley called me right after the team left to make sure I was satisfied with everything! ?
