Unbelievable!!! No star or minus stars would be a better review. Hired a week in advance to simply move a washer and dryer 20 minutes away. Was told 9:00 on Saturday .Then the morning of was given 9:00-11:00 via text, which threw the day off completely. My sister-in-laws flew in from Florida for 2 days specifically for this purpose. This company, never showed, never called, nor responded to countless calls and texts. Beyond awful and beyond unprofessional. To this moment the next day, we still have heard nothing from them. Called Two Men and a Truck at noon on this same Saturday and within an hour they fit us in and got the job done. WTH is wrong with this company. Unforgivable! Highly recommended Two Men and a Truck. Same price and same day!

Beware. Scheduled five days in advance. Said two men and a truck would arrive at 9:00am. Never showed, never called, never responded to my calls. Avoid these guys if possible!

The care and organization that was put into transporting my furniture in a timely manner

They broke my furniture and refused to call me back. The address listed is fake, there's no way to get ahold of them or send mail to them.

I moved the entire contents of my home into storage using American Master Movers and highly recommend. Tyvon led the 4-man team that packed my house, and then he asked to lead the 6-man moving team, knowing my items and the care that was needed. He was terrific - a great communicator who definitely understood the value of my fine furniture and artwork. The guys on the crews were nice and professional. Everyone was on time. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. They weren’t the lowest bid but the experience was worth the marginal additional cost. Five stars!
