American Master Movers

American Master movers were great, honest, and very communicative during my move. There were tons of movers reaching out to me and did not know who I can trust….As soon as I met Tyvon and Cameron I automatically knew they were the ones I had to use for my long distance move from Denver to San Antonio, Texas….everything was wrapped properly and they were very timely to my needs!!!! They have a whole team to get things done fast and reliable thanks American Master Movers!!

Read the lowest reading reviews before making a decision Don’t recommend this place whatsoever they’re easy to get a hold of when you’re trying to book them but then when you have issues during the move they’re hard to get a hold of.
I literally called the number that they called me from to bug at least 15 times no one answers left them a voicemail send them text messages where they were sending me text messages from no answer. The movers were told that they need to move a trampoline disassemble and assemble and when my parents told them about it they said no there’s no note about. I have the invoice and I spoke to two different people letting them know there’s a trampoline they said there was gonna be a $200 charge for a heavy item I said that’s fine as long as they do it. Did they do it ??no can I get a hold of somebody right now no nobody has called me back. Someone needs to call me and Give me explanations as to why I wasn’t done and why your movers are saying they have no note about it but I literally have an invoice where they put trampoline

My family was put danger while using this company, and they are ghosting me from collecting the insurance I purchased from them.

I paid $3k ($1,200 over paid from the quote I was provide) and they wrecked several pieces of furniture- irreplaceable theater chairs, dressers have chunks missing from them, couches have been torn. Doors in my house were taken off hinges and never put back, they left trash in my son's bedroom, the list goes on.

I paid for insurance, I have left 6 voice mails begging them for someone to call me back, no one will return my calls, they will not honor their insurance. Because of this, I am actively working with legal counsel.

Because of their behavior while moving from my storage facility, I was fined for damages to the building. They left their snacks and drinks all over my furniture and in cleaned out storage units.

I had all my storage units organized for quick move-out and move into my home, they opened all 5 units and started loading the truck. I have spent the last week finding all of my items, food was left in garage, tools (sharp) were in my 3 year old's room, I am shocked at how my family was treated.

The guys that came were incredibly fast and efficient. I moved from a third floor apartment to another third floor apartment. And it was all stairs. I couldn’t have done it without them. I will for sure be recommending you guys to other people. Got my whole apartment moved in just under 3.5 hours. Can’t thank you all enough!

By far the worst moving company we have ever had. We should have read all of the low star reviews first - we had the exact same experience. Unprofessional group, used our bathrooms without asking repeatedly, took breaks to make phone calls, didn't even fill the truck all the way so we had to do multiple additional loads ourselves, left trash in our driveway and garage, broke our items then said they weren't covered under the insurance we were mandated to purchase through them. Day of move the bill was about $700 more than we calculated with a ton of extra charges - were told to pay it and then contact the owner and he will settle it. Now the owner wont call us back. They probably won't be in business much longer - super shady company.
