American Master Movers

Do Not Use Them!! We used the South Denver service and scheduled three movers. Only two showed and the supervisor spent most of the time on the phone. Our move time doubled and did not finish until about 8pm at night and I still had left over items to move myself.
They ended up breaking a leg off of the chair that is part of our couch set. The supervisor took the leg with him to get fixed. We have not be able to get a response about getting our chair leg back for over four months. Not response with a dozen+ messages left for the owner. Horrible management and no accountability!
List they have an office in Parker that is a fake location on Main and Parker Rd.

Customer service on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Made the booking process so simple. Then the movers worked so quick and efficiently. They were also super nice and easy to work with.

We've moved more than 17 times and this is the best move by far! I commend American Master Movers for their superb operations and communication before, during, and after the move (thank you Matt) and specifically to our movers: Roger, Austin, and Shawn. They were professional, timely, and respectful! We would absolutely recommend AMM to our family and friends. While this review is past the 24 hour review request (our move was June 28) I would hope the management at Leaders would recognize and reward this crew of young men in their efforts to provide us with a flawless move!

DO NOT USE EVER!!!! zero stars. We used previously and they were ok. TOtal failure this time around. Damaged both of the properties and our personal property. Now no one will contact us to resolve.

Caution- these are sales people. Check their yelp reviews. We were told $199 flat rate for the truck and $199/hour for 3 movers with an estimate of 3 hours for a grand total of $800. Then the day of our move I get a text 20 minutes before they arrive saying I need to sign a contract which states only 2 movers for $169/hr. When they arrived we found out someone named OJ didn't show up. They moved items into the truck for about 45 minutes and then stated they couldn't take anything else but it was only small things left. I don't understand why because there was still a ton of room in the truck. I went to check what was left and they forgot 2/6 board for my kid's bed, two couch cushions and several boxes. I had to call my husband to drive back and get everything else. They said the drive would take about 1.2 hours because of the truck weight and driving slower. It took them 2 hours to show up and they smelled like alcohol! The worst part came at the end when they asked us to pay and we were charged $1,366! When I look at the itemized receipt, we were charge almost $100 for two random charges and 6.5 hours of work. They arrived at 2:30 and left just before 7pm (both documented by their text/receipt) which is only 4.5 hours not the 6.5 we were charged. I have emailed and called multiple times with no business response. I filed a BBB complaint and so far no response. We later found out that they threw their drinks out of the truck on to a neighbors lawn on their way out.
