Had a really unfortunate experience renting for the 5 months my partner and I did here, we had a 65 inch tv that got stolen from our unit. We came back in June & had to get our lock cut off because we lost the key so Gary kindly offered to cut it for free and recommended we get a combination lock instead… so we did, came back 2 months later and they were able to run the tapes only “two weeks” back. There was no forced entry into our unit as well no damage to lock when we came back. Not willing to compensate at all either so we paid full price to have our 65 inch tv basically stolen!

Great up keep, great management.
My only complaint is not being about to use the dumpster. ?

Lots of history at this place. It is definitely the best. Absolutely NO complaints! Prices beat most and Staff beats ALL.

Worst pay portal I've experienced in over 40 years. Way way way too small font in help pages. Losing confidence in American Storages ability to competantly operate.
