Dont try to reach your unit outside of their working hours. No help when the key pads lose power

Lady that answered the phone in the afternoon on 1/11/25 was rude and snarky for no apparent reason. My father just passed away and we are trying to clear out one of his storage units because nobody will be paying on it. After telling her this she starts off the conversation with “Well first of all” and begins telling me if I’m not the owner of the unit we can’t just go into it. Then after telling me that she ends the conversation with something like “So let’s start with that.” I understand if that is their policy, but she could have gone about telling me a different way. In the end, I realized I was actually calling the wrong storage place. I am going to need a unit myself in the near future, and I will be sure not to use this place.

The place where his actual storage unit was located was very understanding of my families situation and sympathetic towards us. They are letting us access his unit without a problem.

Maybe your worker should learn some basic soft skills and customer service skills before putting her on the phone with current or potential customers.

Excellent place to rent a storage unit from. Our family rented a climate controlled unit. The facility has a locked main gate as well as a door lock to get into the storage area. I rented for 8 months and never saw any sign of mice. Overall, very good experience renting.

Lisa was SO nice and went out of her way to make everything easy. She worked around my availability and I very much appreciated it! My unit is clean and I always feel safe there even late at night.
