Mariana and Sylvester were very professional and easy to deal with. I never had to worry once we booked the move. They even handled an issue at our local storage facility. We moved our 3bed/3.5bath home to Gallatin. Our friends who recommended American Movers told us they had used them three times before and will use them again. I get that now. Their team was all full-time employees who have worked together for several years. There was no stopping or arguing or figuring out what to do. They had a plan, got in and got out. I used some company in the past where the movers literally met each other for the first time when they showed up to my house. That move lasted 9 hours and was a nightmare. We’ve already booked American Movers to move the rest of our furniture from storage into our new house when it’s ready.

The best - absolutely the best in the moving business. American handled a small move for me this week. They were on time, completely professional and reasonably priced. They always handle my things with great care - never any problems. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

We used American Movers to move us to our newly constructed home in July 2021. We had been at our current address for 27 years so you can imagine the amount of stuff I had to move. They were professional, reasonable and did a fantastic job. Not one piece was scratched or dented. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move.

We were horrified with our experience with this company. They provided an estimate with a guaranteed 'no higher than' price, then, the day of the move, they presented a bill that was more than double the guaranteed rate. They refused to unpack until this new rate was paid in full. Both the husband and wife were combative, unprofessional, and unreasonable. This was a move for my parents. I came over to try to help work this out. When I arrived, the husband was screaming at my mother while she cried. We would never consider using them again and reported them to all agencies.

Andre and 'T' were amazing in how professional they were and patient in waiting for us to catch up to them. The move went off with hardly a glitch and we highly recommend them.
