Overall, I have had a bad experience working with this storage company. Some of my items were/lost and damaged. The storage company does not want to pay for my damaged/lost items. The manager gave me the run around, months later I am still awaiting reimbursement. The manager stated they could not pay me and refused to offer any form of payment, 'stating the value was to high'.

I am now going through my company for reimbursement. The manager knew I would recieve a depreciated value of my items going through my company but still would not offer any form of payment. Some how they made it seem as if it is my fault the items were lost or damaged. I am disappointed in the service I have received. Lastly, they have been rude throughout the whole process.

These folks were great! They allowed me to get an item out of long-term storage and pointed me in the right direction as far as working with JPPSO to get the paperwork started. They had my item ready once the paperwork went through and the folks at JPPSO gave them the go-ahead. Thanks, guys!
