I needed a book case moved. I was having a hard time finding a mover that would move one piece of furniture at a fair price American relocator really saved the day. Not only did they do it, but they did it with a white glove at a fair and reasonable price. I’m actually shocked’ They don’t have a higher rating. Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and I will make sure I continue to use them.

American Relocators is absolutely fantastic. They took care of my move from Connecticut to South Carolina. The movers in both states were courteous, professional, and overall great guys to talk to during the process. I got timely calls about my delivery and the best part was the cost. The price of the move provided to me in one state was the exact same price I paid in the delivery state. That was always my fear with moving but American Relocators put that fear to rest. All of my belongings are accounted for and in the same condition they were 800 miles away. I'll be recommending them to my family member moving here at the end of the year.

Good service and professional for moving.
There is only one thing need to improve that they cannot manage the time.
Anyway I would continue to use this company and recommend to anyone.

Pathetic moving company.
They were the last leg in our moving and handled it poorly.
It only gets worst from there, they held our stuff hostage and are demanding more money.
Delivered my stuff to others and vice versa.
I currently have many items that have come to the house and have never been unloaded so they can blackmail me for more money.
The drivers CANNOT COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH, only Russian.
It is been a nightmare dealing with the broken stuff, wrong delivery, poor communication and holding the stuff hostage, threatening for more money.
I think this company has a habit of replying to bad reviews as of it is not for them.
Unfortunately you cannot get away with your utter incompetence by the same reply to all bad reviews.

I have never written a google review in my entire life, but this was genuinely the worse experience imaginable in terms of moving. The owner Gary confirmed with us that his team would be at our apartment at 8am and they did not show up. We called Gary at 8:30, no response, tried again at 9:00, nothing. He finally answered at 10 am and informed us that his company went to the wrong job two states away. He said they would be able to come at 12:30 and they would give us a discount, so we waited. We tried calling again multiple times, and he finally answered on the fourth attempt. He claimed this other move was taking longer than expected, and we could “just reschedule”. He was not apologetic whatsoever and kept making excuses as to why this took place.

Mistakes happen, and that is so understandable. What really shocks me is the fact that he didn’t act like this was a big deal what so ever and did not offer any help. (He didn’t reach out/ keep us updated). We were really in a crunch to move this day, and American Relocators were an utter disappointment. I would steer clear of this moving company at all costs.
