I rented a very small unit mid October as we were moving and just needed somewhere to hold extra boxes. Unit was clean, the woman I contacted sent someone out to meet me at the units within twenty minutes of speaking with her. I was initially pretty impressed and happy with all this.

While signing papers and getting our unit I mentioned this was very temporary and asked what the process for ending the rental was. I was told to call when it was all cleaned out and our lock was removed.

Early November we starting emptying the unit and a week before the rental month was up I called the number listed on my lease and informed them we were all cleaned out, unlocked, and good to go. All seemed good and I waited for the security deposit to come in the mail.

Instead December I got a bill stating I owed another $25 after my deposit had also been used for payment as well. I immediately called to ask what happened.

'Did you talk to me?'
'I called this number, is there anyone else I would have spoken with?'
'I don't remember talking to you. Just disregard the bill!'

So. Not impressed with operations here and I'm out another $25. If you do need to rent one of their units, be careful and maybe make sure you have more in writing then what they provide.
