Although the service was passable, it was unquestionably not worth the high cost. I had to keep a tight eye on things to make sure they were treated correctly because the movers did not seem to have much experience. I anticipated a far higher degree of professionalism given the price.

Movers arrived right on time. I hired loading help for a 1 Bd - 1 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor. They finished moving ALL my stuff in 40 minutes. Was very impressed. They packed my truck to perfection.

Antony, Mike, and Stanly were great, they were fast and efficient and moved my one bed one bath condo and my fiancées one bedroom quickly! They took apart and reassembled furniture quickly!

Henriquez, Pedro, and Jose were amazing! After experiencing many moves over the years, this was by far our best experience. They moved quickly, but carefully, and all our furniture was meticulously wrapped and disassembled and reassembled with care. We hadn't quite finished packing everything and were expecting to take over loose items ourselves, but they happily packed them. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you again!!

This is the third time we use Cousins to move and we couldn't be more impressed. No price gauging, no shadiness, just some very nice, extremely hard-working people who go out of their way to make your move successful. I just can't say enough about these people. They treated my belongings with care, they gave me options on how I could save money. With all the horror stories you hear, I would recommend this company to everyone I know! Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful - just phenomenal!
