I read every review posted here, as well as the one on the BBB. Each and everyone reads like a Horror Novel, besides of cause the one's, which are most likely fake!

So, I noticed that everyone of the bad reviews has some, or all common factors.....

These are as such:

The drivers were either late, or didn't show up until sometimes days later. In each case, even though people were given precise monetary quote, everyone was astronomically upcharged. Only with the end result being, that most if not all Furniture were either scratched, damaged, or destroyed.

I am the unfortunate bearer of another such a horror story. However, it was not I myself that got scammed by this fraudulent company, but my sister!

Again, the same ammo.....

My poor sister had been given a grand total for a move from one State to another. She had to drive and stay overnight at a hotel, so she could meet them on the specified pick up date in order to let them into the storage facility that housed her belongings. On the specified date and time no one showed up, she called the office and was conveniently told that they had a 2 day grace period for them to come and get her stuff, but that the driver should be there between 4 and 6pm the following day. I am certain you can guess what happened, of cause no one showed up. After arguing with them and stating that she had driven from out of state to get her belongings moved, and she could not afford to pay for another night, they agreed to put her up in a hotel room. Now, she was told the driver would call her in the morning and let her know when he would be there for pickup. The next day, the driver didn't show up until late in the afternoon, and upon looking into her storage unit bluntly told her,... Oh, hell no,... that there were a lot more items in the storage unit then were provided on his list. And if she wanted here belongings moved, she would have to pay additional charges before they would even begin load their truck.
My sister being in an impossible position felt like she had no other choice then to pay the upcharge. Upon her additional payment the movers loaded her furniture and told here that here items would be delivered the very next day. Well, conveniently the POS of a driver forgot to mention that the 1st available date for delivery he quoted is not actually the true date they have to deliver her belongings. In all actuality, the fine print of the contract states that they have anywhere from 21 to 31 days to deliver the load and that a verbal specified date, however many times promises, would not count as binding. Now to make a long story short, these SOB's have no idea where her stuff is, nor how long it will be before she will receive her belongings, but she was given a rough estimate of 7 to 10 business days. In other words, she is in limbo land and totally distraught about this whole ordeal.

So my advice to anyone out there, just like the numerous other bad reviews. Do your research before hiring anyone to move your precious belongings.

And ABSOLUTELY, MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT use these CHARLATANS/CHEATS/SCAMMERS. You will save yourselves a lot of time, money, and not to mention a hell of an enormous migraine having to deal with these crooks.

The movers were rude. Every piece of wooden furniture was chipped or scratched. Pieces of my dining room set were missing and they promised me the parts were found and being sent via Fed Ex. I never received it. My furniture didn’t arrive until a week after the scheduled delivery time and they cane in the middle of the night at midnight. I filed an insurance claim for all my damaged and missing furniture and received a check for $64. Horrible service.

Run, don't walk. They are the same as American Pro movers. You can read your future. Pay 75% more than estimate to get your broken stuff back. Horrific move.
