Never hire this moving company. They promised our belongings will be delivered with in 10 day period and it has been 12 days and now customer service person saying it’s coming in four days and we do not know if that is true date and it’s expensive.

American Van Lines calls at 1:30p today HALFWAY through our anticipated pack and pick up window of 12p-3p today to let me know that they can NO LONGER pick us up and the next available pick up window is THREE WEEKS AWAY. We are moving out of state and our whole lives got turned upside down. While we wait on our doorstep for the moving truck and get a phone call asking about our ‘flexibility’. DO NOT use them is my advice.
