LOTS OF UNEXPECTED CHARGES AND THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR A NEGATIVE REVIEW

We used American van lines for a move. The move itself was fine, and the driver/mover were great and timely, however the agent Jovan didn't quote me properly; while I told him repeatedly when making my quote there would be stairs and a semi wouldn't be able to fit in the neighborhood he neglected to include this in the contract price, resulting in hundreds of dollars in extra charges when it came time to move. They admitted fault and gave us half off the stair fee, however the final price was still almost double the initial quote My girlfriend left a complaint with the BBB regarding our experience, only to get a harassing phone call threatening legal action unless we took down the negative review over a month later. I don't appreciate a company threatening to sue over expressing my first amendment rights to leave an honest review of my experience. We are writing this review so others can make informed decisions

I would just like to thank Ronald and his crew for his exceptional service and prompt delivery, I highly recommend them to all that need the best in the business. I wouldn't use any one else. Thanx guys!!
