American Van Lines | Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex

The crew left a treadmill and a ton of boxes in the garage that I’d asked them to move downstairs. They also put about half a dozen boxes in the wrong rooms and lost the legs to one of our tables. They didn’t finish setting up our main bed (no mechanics). All of this happened while I was there, actively consulting them on what was supposed to go where. I’m really disappointed. ***Note: Moved to four star review after compensation was provided by company

Rod was AWESOME!!! He was polite to his crew and very polite and respectful to us ....the people being moved.I wouldn't use any other moving company and I would only use Rod Thomas as driver and crew Captain..We had way more furniture than we needed for our new home and they were very patient about where we wanted things to go... AND before leaving they made sure that EVERYTHING WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION .. and it was way beyond our expectations. Thank you Rod and all the rest for your crew for your hard work...
