Absolutely horrible! Only use this company if you want damage to your property and your belongings. They had careless disregard to our belongings. Which included throwing boxes of glass china. They also were sliding boxes down the stairs which ended up damaging the stairs for a still yet undetermined amount. They cracked newly replaced laminate flooring. They also were told not to get in the attic and proceeded to do so anyway and stepped through the ceiling, which caused over a $500 repair. Even after all the damages, They had us pay full price including an extra charge because they’re driver had an inability to back into a storage building, before they would deliver our belongings to the new house. Then upon arrival and unpacking there’s multiple damages to antique furniture including chunks of wood out of book cases, china cabinets etc. I’ve done multiple moves for school and work and have never seen such a horrible job as this.

My move on April 6 was exceptional. The CS team of Dori Leonard and Leslie Jones along with the moving crew of team leader Michael Dorsett, Mark and Ricky were fabulous. Efficient, professional and actually made the move so much more stress free for me. Treated my items as they would treat their own. Five stars!
