Very happy with the Greensboro crew! We’re moving back to Hendersonville after a stint out west. We had a lesser experience with the west coast crew, it seemed no one really cared about our stuff. Our east coast crew delivered a pleasant unpacking experience. I feel Mike and the crew treated our stuff as if it was their own. American Van Lines corporate was hard to get ahold of, I would rate that department differently, but we were very happy with our local crew.

I contacted MBM and they apparently subcontract with American Van Lines. The move was on time, but the movers that were sent were rushing toward the end and damaged my floors and stair railing. They seemed annoyed that I brought it up. After they left, I found a couple of items that were delivered were also damaged. I recommended avoiding this service, but if you must use them then thoroughly check behind them.
