American Way Van & Storage

American way van & storage suck! They first give you and estimate of 2,200.00 total but then change the price to 3,600.00! And 3 pieces of furniture was destroyed! Antique furniture at that! The price from the broker is different from the actual movers price! When confronted about the policy the mover stated 'well that's the broker's policy not ours..!!! And we were charged for a deposit twice and the broker said we'd get our money back within a few days....it's been 3 and a half weeks! And everytime we try to get ahold of the broker it goes straight to voicemail. Very, unprofessional! I don't how there are ANY good reviews about this company - they must have all been paid to write a 'good' review. DON'T EVER USE THEM.

Everyone at American Way is super helpful and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I asked them.
From the packers to the loaders, to Ovi my driver, and Eric keeping in contact with me all the way. Everyone at home office took me by the hand and walked us through the process to make it as easy as possible.

As a repeat customer, I couldn't have been more pleased! Every staff member I encountered was helpful and committed to my needs & expectations.
