Great guys! Got here right when they said they would and it took almost exactly the amount of time they quoted. They were very pleasant and accommodating! I’ve used them three different times over the years and always have a great experience.

I had Amerigo move a VERY expensive Steinway Model B Semi-concert Grand Piano from Columbia, MO to my home in Jefferson City, Mo. The experience couldn't have been better. They are dedicated movers and are also very friendly and personable particularly the mover in charge, Evan. The piano was packed up properly and expertly and CAREFULLY moved down a few stairs in Columbia, loaded up in a truck then on to Jefferson City. Once they were at my house, they had to push this 800lb. Steinway UP my very steep hill to get to a flat surface to get it into my house. Because of its size, there is no way the piano could have gone up the split-foyer stairs. They used a five man crew for this job, used a lift gate on the truck, and the move was perfect. What was EXTREMELY impressive (besides the care they took) was that Evan knew how to both dismantle and reassemble the legs and pedal assembly on my Steinway. Since Steinways are handmade, they don't use bolts. They use a 'key' system. It was most beneficial that Even knew how to do this.

Then, there is Jim Pond, the owner. I couldn't have dealt with a nicer or more professional individual. He helped orchestrate a move of one grand piano (a Yamaha) out of my house to make room for the Steinway, and he did this by placing himself as middleman between the buyer of my Yamaha and myself even though the buyer of the Yamaha went with a local Columbia mover.

I am posting a photo of the Steinway after it was first moved in but before the music rack and pedals were put back on. I left them off because I wanted to detail the piano some. However, I wanted to share a picture of an expertly moved, very valuable, 48 year old Steinway Model B Semi-concert Grand piano.

I am more than please with their service!
