Had a couple storage units for years. They've been great! No complaints!

I researched Storage Facilities in the area and found Ameriguard Mini Storage Centers to be the most affordable with savings of almost $40/month compared to other quotes I received. After renting my unit I needed to speak with someone after hours (9pm) and was able to call the emergency line and speak with Scott. He immediately helped and resolved my issue within seconds. The staff here is very nice and even will accommodate you if you need access after the gate is closed. I will be recommending them to anyone else in the area who may need a Storage unit :)

I used this company. I went to my unit and there was snow and water in my unit. My things were wet and I was extremely unhappy. My new mattress was soaked. My boxes were wet and some other thing were too. The trouble came when I went to the office. I was told that they can’t help that. It’s not their responsibility. I was blown away and asked whose responsibility it was? I had to take my stuff to another company and it cost me double that month. I was told that I wouldn’t get anything returned money wise since I left weeks before the month was over. I requested a call from the owner. I was told on my second call that he didn’t want to talk to me and I wouldn’t be getting a refund on my early exit or a phone call. My advice is to not use this company and find a more reputable company that will use better business practices and provide safe and reliable storage. If my things couldn’t be safe or dry there then it’s not a safe company to use.
