Steve was very helpful and the facility was clean and secure. I'm always treated well and find the prices reasonable. They have carts to haul items on while moving in and out. Will absolutely use them again.

We arrived to the office to find the door unlocked but no one to be found. Eventually Mike walked in. He had left people’s personal information laying on the counter with the office completely unattended. We won’t be using them. It’s very unprofessional and lacks security for private information.

The lights are on motion sensors and keep turning off the minute you stand still. It makes looking for things in your unit difficult and annoying. Also, the rates keep going up, and most of the staff are helpful and very nice, but a couple of them are hard to deal with.
