Vivian and Joe are great. They represent your facility, here in West Columbia, SC with a warm smile and professional acumen. Joe helped me remove my lost key padlock yesterday and secure new ones. The units: New, clean and climate control, which is crucial to some of my guitars that need consistent temperature levels and a nice, clean home.

They have received many packages for me and retained them up front until I arrive to transfer to my unit. My family used to own two large storage facilities in North Carolina. They operate Ample Storage like we did ours's, with a customer centric attitude and always ready to help any customer with issues moving in and post move.
