Andy's Moving services

I called Andy to move a bedroom set from one property to another in Ulster County. He agreed to be at the property Friday the 25th of September. I contacted Andy a few hours before the move and he said he was all set. Andy text me 15min before he was to be at the property and stated his guy didnt show up and the guy isn't answering his phone...We reschedule for Saturday 10:00am. I called him while I waited at the property and he didnt answer.I checked my text messages and he stated that he was unable to make it again. This guy is unprofessional and unreliable. I saw he was rated close to 5 stars so that's why I called him. This guy cost me time and money 2 days in a row. I ended up renting a haul today and hiring 2 guys and I got the job done. Shame on you ANDY!

Where do I even begin. Do not use this man. Not even a business. Takes your money. Makes up stories as to why he can't make it and keeps your deposit. Claims to rent a truck instead of bringing his own. This guy is a fraud. And I will be taking further action. DO NOT USE!!! NOT A REAL BUSINESS. HE TOOK MY MONEY THROUGH PAYPAL!!!

Andy's was very good. He took very good care of all my items that had to be moved. I would recommend him for anyone's next move. Professional and friendly.

I called Andy a day before we were moving to have him take our beds down And put them back up in our new place we used him in the past and everything was great so I figured I call him again to assist Even thou it was last min he accommodated our needs, we did not need him for a full move because I had my husband and dad for that but we needed his assistance with our beds. Andy was very responsive and gave us a reasonable price to take apart and put our beds back up in our new home. His team and himself acted quickly in taking the beds apart and putting them back up they were on time and worked quickly with our time schedule. We don’t plan on moving again but if we ever need to move we will def call him for assistance again.
