Anshutz Movers

Damaged so much of our expensive furniture. Damaged refrigerator dents and handles expensive table. Tore expensive sofa had to have repaired. Scratches on other furniture entertainment center and 2 grandfather clocks scratched. I contacted then they said they would come but did not show up. They called me to come a day I had an appointment. So I called them back to please come they said they would call me back but never did. Never received anything from them but damage. I would like to settle this but no contact from them

This moving company is absolutely awful and I would recommend STAYING FAR AWAY from them. They charged me almost $800 and did an awful job. The man who is in charge gave me an hourly rate for 2 guys and then he lifted a few things so charged me an additional $100. He also charged me for the time they drove to and from their office, which I don't mind but he didn't even tell me about that. I was originally scheduled October 26 and they called and rescheduled. Then on the day they rescheduled for, they didn't show up. The guy tried to blame me and said no it was the 25th. I wrote the date down immediately and didn't appreciate him not owning up to it or even apologizing. They were scheduled at 9 and showed up at 1. They didn't even bring a truck big enough, some smaller trailer and couldn't even put all my stuff in it. All my boxes were labeled and as I have been putting stuff away my stuff is literally just put whereever they felt like it. I have new bedroom furniture that cost $5000 and he said they would be sure to wrap it and they never did. They scratched it all over. I haven't had the time to reach out to them but this was the worst experience with any company I have ever had. Whatever you do, DO NOT HAVE THEM MOVE YOUR STUFF!!!! See the photos of my furniture. They were totally careless and it's a shame. I will definitely call them in the next few days.

They are so kind and thoughtful. We were in a pinch for a fundraiser and they did everything to help us out. They even went out of thier way to deliver. Pam was so incredibly kind. I can't say enough good things about Amshutz Movers!!!
